OK everyone has it its a protected and hidden folder.
Firstly in windows with your PC connected, BROWSE through your synch software and in your native PC explorer window go to tools>folder options>view - click on "show hidden files and folders" and "hide protected operating system files" (and in vista you may need to tap the [alt] key to bring up the menu across your explorer window
from your device, use something like rescos file explorer or total commander and your be able to see the \windows folder and copy items into it as well
