Well I did get the insurance add-on for my plan. And I've had my Mogul for a little over a year now Oh and get this. The other day I called to Customer Service about my internet not working on my phone and having a few dropped calls when I have 4-5 bars. Well the CSR told me she was sorry and would give me some extra minutes to make up for it (ie instead of the SERO 500mins I'd have been given 750mins/month) I told her I appreciated her offer but I mainly use that phone to talk to other Sprint Users, and its true, of my AnyTime Mins I use less than 200 a month. So what good would any extra mins do me. I guess I should have taken it, but I was hoping to get more a discount from my payment.
I've heard it so many times before on other discussions, but sprint does have us spoiled. Give us what we want or we'll cry and go somewhere else; and Sprint usually will give away the house to make you happy, what other service provider will do that (Other than Walgreens but they dont do cellular service )
