I'm firing off an email, still can't get Sprint to replace my dead phone via the insurance I pay. I got it escalated, they called back once and said they couldn't contact me 3 times so they de-escalated it, and never return my call when i called back. It's only a couple weeks out now, retentions did give me a month off on my bill so at least I"m not paying for the unworking phone. I'm going to email ecare though and see what I can do.
