Re: Touch Pro for Mogul Ecare email inside...
Well, I went ahead and fired off an e-mail as well. Technically nothing in it was untrue, so in reality if they offer me something I have no reason to feel like I was cheating the system. All the problems I've had with the Mogul have been valid, and I have been led along for the entire time with assurances that updates would come along to fix my complaints. 18 months later it seems like the fix for the Mogul's problems is the Touch Pro. That's not acceptable after I spent $475 on the Mogul expecting it to work as advertised. I made no mention of having used custom ROMs that have improved some of the problems (although definitely not resolved them), so I guess that's the closest I came to exaggerating anything. We'll see what they do. I threw in my needing to change my plan soon and considering leaving (I went over my shared minutes for the first time this month in years because my new job is made up of all T-Mobile users), so hopefully their interest in keeping a 7-year loyal customer with five lines will get them interested.
