You Have to show protected files on your PC. In Vista it is Start/Control Panel/ Folder Options/View and check Show Hidden files and uncheck Hide Protected Operating system Files. This will give you a couple of .ini files on you desktop so you might want to go back to hidinf system files after you are finished working on files on your Diamond.
