well i know it's been a while but v0.5.0 does have a .cab file... just go to
http://pocketxpdf.sourceforge.net/ and u'll c it at the bottom, i just installed it and works fine for me. Just download the PDF file and then run PocketXpdf from the programs folder then go to File ~~> Open and find the file and it'll show up.
