well as i added in the last sentence or 2, Sprint reps arent UPS and once it leaves Sprint its UPS' rules no matter what anyone at Sprint says. Jsut use your common sense- sprint reps lie, dont know what theyre talking about 95% of the time, and UPS' rules and estimate trumps a rep's.
