My Sprint TV asked for an upgrade the first time I tried to use it. I downloaded the upgrade, but it told me I needed to delete the old first. When I click ok it says it's unable to delete the old one. I found a couple folders that say Sprint TV, but I want to make sure I delete the correct one. Sadly after 3 tech support calls no one was able to help. Has anyone had this issue? Can someone offer a fix?
