Most calls go to voicemail. Anyone else?

So most of my calls are going to voicemail. After I noticed an abundance of new voicemails since getting the Diamond, I tried calling it myself repeatedly with my wifes phone. About half of the 30 or so calls went to voicemail. I called CS and was troubleshooting, most of the time with advanced technical support, for a couple hours. We reprovisioned the phone, and they even had me change the MSID. Nothing worked, so they said I should get it replaced in store.

I'm not sure if my store has any yet, I'm going to see tomorrow. But I'd really rather not exchange it, I finally got everything exactly how I want it. I do have a complete SPB Backup made, so it won't be a huge deal to exchange it. After all the stuff I did with CS tonight, I even got the PictureMail working properly, which it wasn't before.

I've tried changing the slot cycle index to 1 and to 0, and it still doesn't go through. The call will ring 4 or 5 times on the callers end, then go to voicemail. On my end it doesn't even show a missed call. The screen doesn't turn on, the ringer doesn't sound. Nothing. I'll just get a voicemail a while later (sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes a couple hours). I checked the DDTM, and it's set to interrupt a data session when a call comes in. So is there anything else anybody can think of to try before I do an exchange?
