I'd like to announce a project I've been working on, along with iContact: iDialer! It's a work in progress, but has enough features to be very usable, especially if you like iContact. It works in VGA and QVGA, in portrait and landscape mode. It's mildly skinnable, and I've written two skins to match the two iContact skins.
