I was really sold on all the hype with the instinct and was highly disappointed.I had a touch and went to an instinct which was a bad move.It's hard to go from a ppc to a smartphone.I might sound spoiled but it didn't do enough and with no 3rd party apps its really bad.But the two things that i really like is the gps and visual voicemail.But, b4 i switch i have some ?'s.

Does the diamond have gps,that works out the box?
If so is it voice turn by turn?
Does it have visual voicemail?
Is it really slow like i read on some reviews?
Is the hot battery a problem or is it being fixed?
