jendand: It was timing of the start order
That is what I changed in PR6 in the initfiles.dat that re-sequenced the order of the startup files. But I could never figure out why it worked for some and not others as they all used the same sequence unless the device itself made some random change. I could see it changing after adding apps, but not the raw base files.
