I'd say your best solution would be to get hold of a clean up program, such as MemMaid (www.dinarsoft.com) or SKTools (www.s-k-tools.com). They aren't free, but come with a trial period, either 15 or 30 days, can't remember which. These apps will find and clean the junk files, to include internet debris, from your system.
