Appointments:

I get a reminder saying the appointment is going to start in 10 mins or whatever. I hit the left softkey "Dismiss" hoping I'm not going to be reminded again.

Yet, it happens again unless I hit the right softkey menu and say "Dismiss all". How do I make it so dismiss actually dismisses?
