That's BS!! Sure you can't get sero anymore, just the Everything plus, but I just upgraded and extended one of my three $30 Sero plan in August and received my rebate (So have many others). Everyone on an old/legacy sero can indeed upgrade and extend/sign a new contract without losing their sero plan or kissing anything goodbye!! The only exception is the Instinct!
