I think it is roughly the same size and has a smaller foot print. One option I like is the "smart" profiles. Basically, if I have a meeting scheduled during the day and I forget to change to my Work profile, it will change to a profile automatically as long as I have the appointment marked as busy, or tenative, or whatever you specify.
