Pie plus Navigation

Don't use the reg hack for navigation if you have PIE Plus. All you have to do is select the "+" in the lower left of PIE Plus and select "Scroll" from the list. You want to uncheck "Scoll Like IE". This will give you page scrolling in several adjustable forms (like line or page, etc.).
