I think your problem is not the MsgType, you'd better let me know the cab that you installed.
For Chinese support, it should have the Chinese wince.nls, fonts, related regs...
I will upload an Chinese font OEM folder tonight (China Time,
) for you, please copy the font file into the windows folder and load the RGU through REGedit tools.
