Are you kidding me? I "only" have to hard reset? Do you know how long that takes? Oh man... I was hoping for a better answer. What is the most recent activesync out there? I want to AVOID hard resetting by any needs neccesary. I don't have 2-3 hours to waste to hard reset... UGH!
