Edit your "Slot Cycle Index", default is 2. You need to know your MSL and key in ##778# and edit Modem Settings.
Your ACCOLC may make a difference on your phone's priority on the network, but it seems Sprint Diamonds' are preset at 0. Usually this was random, using the last digit of your phone number.
