ok first of all the original mms arcsoft sucks so you will need to install the xv6700 mms cab.
search the registry for
mm1 (select all 3 valuse under the search bar)
in the registry under mm1 chage
wap1deafultport to: 3128 and leave the wap2 to :80
under
WSPHEADER I delete everything and add these it look crazy but it work you can try one by one to see which one is needed or not

ok now under under the
UI folder look for
enableserverEdit change value from 0 to 1 this is to let you edit the vzw mms setting that was locked.
now go back to
mm1 folder and change the
enabledmfl and the enablemsisdn to "1"
exit the registry edit and go to the mms settings the xv6700 mms
NOT the sms/mms and edit the vzw crap there ( go to menu and select mms config) and go to servers and click on the vzw it should be editable, in there use these settings
server name :metropcs
gateway: wap.metropcs.net
port :3128
server address:
http://mms.metropcs.net:3128/mmsc
connect via : i have my connection name (metropcs) some people have it set to internet so you can try either one.
sending size i put it to the maxium
