I had that error as well. For me it was related to a messed up personal oem. Go into C:\Program Files\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\USER_OEM and delete the folder(s) of the oems you created. Then edit the reference out of your selections.txt file. This will mean that you will have to re-create your oems, but for me this was no big deal as I didn't have much in there anyway.
