changing file associations

I installed KinomaPlay a while back & the damn thing took over every single file association in my system without asking. This annoys me to no end. If the program did not provide totally AWESOME youtube playback I would uninstall it.

Since I don't really want to totally uninstall it, is there any easy way to reassign some of the file associations back to stock??

I know how to assign file associations in every version of Windows except WM, but I can't figure out how to do it in WM. What am I missing??
