Unhappy Diamond Bluetooth Audio Quality

Ever since switching to the Diamond I have discovered that the Bluetooth audio quality is horrible.

I have tried 3 headsets and all have the same issue with static/garble. It is so bad that if I take the phone and move it from left to right the audio gets so garbled that you cannot hear the other person. The headsets that I have used are Jabra BT250v, Jabra BT200, and Plantronics Explorer 220.

With my Touch I was able to go at least 15 feet before I would get such distortion.

An interesting discovery, when using a Anycom stereo headset the sound quality is much better and the garbled/distortion is minimal. The only thing that I can come up with about this that the stereo headset is using A2DP while the non-stereo ones do not.

I want to find out if I am alone with this issue and my phone has a defective bluetooth radio or if this is a widespread issue.

I would appreciate if people would chime in and let me know how their experience with Bluetooth is.

Much appreciated,
Rob.
