Delivery; worries.

Hi, just got my phone in, and the first thing I noticed is that the battery what sealed in it's baggie, no void words. But when I took it out the gold contacts are already scored and the moisture tag is not white, but has red crosses.. Called in to have it noted on my account in case of trouble in the future, the person had me look at the phone and it's also crossed red, so he noted that too. I mentioned that perhaps its and issue due to moisture in the warehouses in Texas where the phone came from due to IKE.

Sprint repair and insurance don't cover phones with moisture tags showing red.. So I wanted to make sure I was covered.


Anyone else?
