About half of the time when I get a call when I answer it the device resets. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, it just vibrates like it answers and connects, then soft resets. Same thing happens sometimes when I make a call. In addition the few times that I actually get a connection I cannot always hear the other person, and they cannot hear me.

I have tried hard resetting this sucker so many times, that I decided it was a defect and ordered a replacement, but I figured you guys might have an idea I hadn't tried yet. I cannot get the button combination for hard resetting to ever work (vol down, enter, power, reset), so I have only hard reset through the settings in WM. Any ideas?
