Umm, I think you meant PRL and they can be downloaded from
http://corolada.com/prl/. I have the newest PRL and PRI. I'm on Sprint, but Verizon and Alltel are strong here in the Dallas area, and I still can't get a roaming signal.
When I travel, I do get a roaming signal when it's set to automatic, but never get any signal when set to roaming only.
