I need some help/advice. My friend and I both have Moguls with sprint sero. I was able to go to the picmail website and setup my phone for picmail(typed in my phone number, it sent me my password etc) and I can use sMMS with no problems.

When he goes to the picmail site and types in his phone number, it says his number isn't a Sprint number and he can't get signed up for picmail. Numerous emails to ecare and they keep telling him the same thing, Moguls don't support MMS, too bad so sad.

Any Sprint reps here that can help him get picmail activated on his line(included with his sero) so he can use sMMS? Thanks!
