I can't get registry changes to stick.
I've used a registered copy Resco Registry Editor to make mods that I need for MSVC for bluetooth, and whatever I enter doesn't save to the registry. 
Anyone have ideas on this?

i had this issue in pre-1 but no one else did. after that i started using the built in reg editor.
