After not getting VC to announce incoming calls, I did a hard reset, put nothing else on besides voicecmd.exe in windows, and still had the same problem. I then tried installing voice command from scratch, and it still didn't fix the problem.
I hard resetted again, put in voicecmd.exe in windows, and nothing has changed. My ringer volume will still be loudest regardless of what volume setting I put it at (not a big problem for me tho) and I STILL CANT GET VC TO ANNOUNCE INCOMING CALLS!!!!!
