Sprint has good qualities and bad qualities and that's just the way it is and I understand that. BUT more than anything else, I HATE BEING LIED TO!!!! I wish they would call me for one of their surveys on customer service. Being lied to repeatedly, everything else aside, is enough reason for me never to do business with someone again. On the other hand, I suspect all carriers are like politicians, you can tell they are lying if you see their lips moving.

So now my phone is on a train from Hodgkins Illinois to Vernon California and sechduled for delivery on Tuesday because even though I ordered it on the 14th, UPS didn't pick it up until the 17th.
