Reset your device and see which radio version it says you have. Post the numbers on the splash screen here. If you need to do a radio upgrade it is easier to do with a SD card than by USB. If you have anything (Radio) lower than 3.35 then you need to upgrade your radio. I have the steps and the links in my tutorial (in my signature).
