Change Notification bubble for SMS?

I feel awkward posting this question, because it's really not that important, but I'm interested... Is there a program out there or a way to change the notification bubbles for incoming SMS similar to SMS-Chat by Vito? I like getting those notifications, but I prefer to use pocketoutlook for sms because that's what is linked to when pressing today-screen buttons.

So really, it's not a big deal but I have 4 proposed solutions and don't know how to do any of them or if they are possible, is it possible to do any of these things?
1. Get a new program that has notifications similar to SMS-Chat that links to PocketOutlook?
2. Re-direct the 'reply' button from SMS-Chat's notification to go to PocketOutlook?
3. Re-direct the 'reply' button from XDA Manilla2D SMS page to SMS-Chat?
4. Save messages sent in SMS-Chat to PocketOutlook so they appear as a thread (6.1) rather than only showing messages received in the thread and sent items all in the sent folder?

#4 sounds very strange, but anyone that uses SMS-Chat or PocketCM and goes into PocketOutlook should understand...

So are any of these things possible?
