Install another dialer and see if this still occurs. There are some problems with the vogue dialer doing this. Also one of the task managers have been known to cause it. There is a reg edit floating around if you don't want to install a new dialer. If you chosse to try a dialer, the ones by
carlos are good and can be installed with a cab and uninstalled if the problem doesn't resolve.
