Summary of my email: I am on my second 800w, am I still in my 30 day return window,I was told it would be quiet awhile before a new device launched after the 800w came out. I am interested in the HTC Diamond.

Diamond.
First of all, I apologize for the misinformation provided regarding the
new handsets to be launched.
I have placed an order for a new HTC Diamond handset and a return kit
for the old handset. The order number is DM14-O-15627935. You will
receive it in 3 to 5 days.
Once you receive the return kit, put the handset in it and return it to
the address given on the kit. When the old handset is received in the
warehouse, the credit will be applied within 7 business days.

Now I still am not sure what the 30 day return policy is. I don't know if it is based on your original activation or if it is based off the replacement. If it is based off the replacement I currently have activated then I am still in my 30 day window just FYI.
