UPDATE:
Well I thought I had it going. I can delete the stock ALLTEL WIRELESS but of course it comes back on power cycle or reset. It seemed that with no setting in the "Alltel" configuration it would try to dial out on the alternate connection I made.
Well I got up this morning and it's trying to dial out on the Alltel line. I can select AUTO or my alternate connection and it works for a while.
What is it with HTC or is it Windows? I had a 6700 2 years ago that did the same thing and sold the phone because of the hassle trying to receive email.
Can someone enlighten me on the "provxml" solution?
