cust service reps are dumb and sometimes you wonder how they get hired and yes it is fun to see them break down when a smart customer calls in and they are spechless to respond, but yellin at them over a warehouse issue is like yelling at a walmart cashier because they built the thing down the street from your house and it caused crime to rise and property values to go down. they had nothin to do with it and its out of of their control. sometimes we get emotional about our toys (imagine that shiny new flat screen that you just bought not work the day before superbowl) but we should direct our thoughts and actions toward upper level management and executive escalations, people that can actually do somethin about it, cuz regular ole employees cant do anything and actually dont give a sheet. like when i was workin at cvs and people would yell yall suck im takin my business to walgreens!!!!!! id have a pen ready to right down the directions. you wasnt hurtin me none and nothin got solved.
