Is there a chance we could get away from bashing the CS reps here? Sure, they might not have access to your information, and it certainly is frustrating, but I don't see any need to take it out on them.
I'm wondering if anyone has gotten a tracking number but still can't find any actual UPS tracking info on their order. Now that one frustration is over with in getting a tracking code, this new one pops up where UPS doesn't seem to be aware of the package? Anybody else in this boat?
