I got tired of the run-around I keep getting from Sprint so I decided to go with a source that I have found is a LOT more reliable. Here's how it went.
Q. Will my Diamond show up today?
A. My reply is no.
Q. Will it show up tomorrow?
A. Don't count on it.
Q. How about Thursday?
A. Very Doubtful.
Q. Will it be here Friday?
A. Most Likely.
