I just followed up with Executive Services (who I spoke to yesterday), and they told me that supposidly the power has been restored to the warehouse, and that they are working 24 hours to get the orders filled (whether it's correct information or not, I don't know). She said I should have my phone by Friday (even though I ordered it Saturday the 13th [technically was the 14th, but the 2 hour time difference processed it as being on the 13th]).

So guess it's more waiting.
