Well I am not sure exactly what happend, but I should be receiving an HTC Diamond in the mail free of charge (although I have to send back my mogul if I want to keep it, but thats fine). What I did was I sent an email to ecare saying that my mogul was being really buggy(which it is) and that I would like to replace it with the touch diamond as I replaced it with the touch before (about a month ago I traded my mogul for a touch to try it out, but decided to keep the mogul, also it was free). They told me that they can't do that and that I was out of the 30 day trial, but then I recieved a call about the email, and because I had activated sent back the touch and activated my mogul again less than 1 month ago, he said that I was still within the 30 day exchange period, so I told him I would like to try out the diamond, and he said thats fine. So I should be receiving it within a few days if it all works out. I don't think this will work very well for anyone, as it was through a mistake by the representative. Anyway I just thought i'd share my story, if any of you really want to try it out.
