Did you order via web, or telesales? I have two order #'s, the one that I got from web, that in turn, was forwarded (I guess) to telesales, or someone, who actually PUT the order IN. At this point, I have no idea how they're doing this, I guess they're just drawing orders out of a hat, and processing them as they go.
