well i can confirm that the Louisville building is out of power,i am an employee in Cincinnati. after the storm sunday over 700,000 people and businesses were powerless throughout the area. we are a repair center and were told yesterday that the Louisville building was running at 50% and that any orders placed for phone replacements would be held up. I was just hoping that my new diamond was not coming from that building.
