UPDATE FOR ANYONE USING A TITAN:
I reflashed to Pocket PC Geeks 20273 ROM. Did a minimal build in the kitchen and whether it matters or not, i left out the Omnia 3d cab. FYI I was previously using DCD's 3.2.6. I will say with certainty that the reason YouTube was not playing vids was because DCD's ROM lacked many Diamond ROM components such as DPlay and Concurrence Mgr, among others. 20273 ROM has these automatically in the build and they are required to make certain programs for Opal work - like YouTube and playing vids with the Opal Album.
Long story short, everthing works, and I mean everything BUT on the programs tab, hitting the left soft key for "all programs" does not open anything and Opal Volume Control does not open. If there is a reg edit that I missed, please let me know.
For any Titan users that care or do not have everthing working, here is what I did...
Most cabs can be found here....

Flash to 20273 from PPC Kitchen @ PPC Geeks.
Install Manilla 2D cab version 8
Reboot
If volume does not work, install the stand alone Opal Volume Control Cab and then reboot
After reboot, uninstall the Opal volume control cab, after a reboot, your old volume control will be back to normal.
Install Opal YouTube cab - it will now work!
reboot
Install Opera 9.5 (Opal Version)
Install Audio manager "fix" (this is the older version of Audio Manager. Even though it is already installed with the Manilla 2D version 8 cab, install this "fix cab anyway. after you reboot, you have a means to actually open Audio manager stand alone.)
After you reboot, install Opal Audio Manager 2.0 and then reboot.
After reboot, you will be able to play from the music tab, see your album art and it will update immediately

Install the latest version of Google Maps
reboot
Install Opal Photo Album Patched version
reboot
**tip for the photo tab, open Opal Album standalone, then press album soft key, then navigate to storage card, then to folder your pics/vids are in. after all the pics load, press menu soft key and select set album as favorite. Now, when you go to photo tab in Manilla 2d, your pics will be there, with out the distortion

Almost done.......
Install the Opal Full Screen Player cab found here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...98173&page=134
on post number 1335
reboot
You will now be able to play vids from Opal Album.
I think thats it, everthing will now work with the exception of the Opal Volume control (but you have already removed the program anyway. Unfortunately, to contol the volume in Audio Manager, you will need to use the little speaker icon on the top screen.
One last tip, since memory is at a premium, install QuickMenu 2.7. Under options, in the "view" tab, disable "show battery on task bar. Under General, disable "x-button of screen". Close out of options. Now go to settings--system--task manager. Under the "button" tab, select enable x button and enable Quic Menu. The benefit to QuickMenu 2.7 is being able to Hibernate as well as having a secondary task manager to close programs from the start menu. Also, if you tap at the window icon in the corner, it will bring up quickMenu, but if you tap where it says "start" it will bring up the enlarged start menu for finger friendly use.
You are all set
Big thanks for everyone involved in bringing this to us. I'm loving it.
