To Be Honest with you,, Ive never ever had that problem,,
Started with sprint touch,, flashed stock alltel rev a Rom/Radio, never happened,,
now running 6.1 kitchen,, still no wheel,,, only time it ever pops up on me is when im looking through pictures or opening up something large,, but it goes right away,,,.
thats very strange,,
id put a task manager on there or something, and watch the processes when it does that and see just what is consuming the most memory or processor...
