Thats sooo heart breaking, i wouldve hung up on the last lady just to try to get the first one again. TBH, im thinking of trying to get another mogul or maybe a diamond my self in the next week, my mogul is having "issues" right now. Maybe i can just call up and keep retrying till i get the person you got first time around ;p
