No need to worry - my touch and mogul were both the same way.
I placed the order, the site said 3-5 days, and the status remained "questionable". The next day, I checked status, there was a tracking number, and the phone was waiting for me on my doorstep when I got home from work!
I think it's just the way the system works whereas it is not updated real-time...
