They didn't say why it was being held up, just that I had to call to verify some things.

I got a similar message, but it turned out to be due to a problem transferring my phone number from my old carrier. Called in at 8:00 this morning and now it says "Your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse." The date on the order is still 9/14, so it doesn't look like that problem pushed my order to the back of the line.
