Yeah, I got my Touch in January, and I cashed in my upgrade so I didnt qualify. I called telesales earlier today and they transferred me to customer services or retention, and I explained that I had been a customer for 7 years and I would hope that my loyalty meant something to Sprint. He asked me "Would you be unsatisfied enough that you might consider cancelling your service?" which was kind of a leading question and made me laugh and I said "Yeah! This WOULD be the type of situation that would make me consider cancelling" lol
So I ended up with a $200 instant rebate and a $100 MIR and the phone is on the way!
Sprint did good today!
