Re: Question for people who ordered their Diamond from Sprint

This is what they did for me.

The first person i talked to told me I would be able to get an upgrade so they would take $150 off. I told them that i was a loyal costomer that had been with them for 7 years and was unhappy with that. I said you will only give me $150 off when someone off the streets could just walk in and get the phone with $200 off plus the $100 mail in rebate.

I then asked for someone in charge. That person said to hold he needed to talk to hes supervisor. He came back and gave me the instant $200 off,the mail in $100 dollor rebate and a $50 credit to my account. I had to do another 2 years but im cool with that. I'v always been happy with Sprint. Oh the shipping is free but I wanted overnight which cost me $12. Tax was $35 because it was on the cost before the rebate and credit was counted. Total cost of the phone with everything is $248.

Last time i talked to Sprint i got the Premium Power Vision plan that comes with unlimited Data,NFL,Sprint Picture Mail , Unlimited Text and an extra 200 minutes for free. My bill is $36 a month + $7 for total protection.

I think its a matter of getting the right person when you call. Retentions is the key. They can do anything they want.

*EDIT*oh and I have a touch now. Got it soon as it came out. Had a 6700 and 6800 also and got them both when they were released.
